excellent stay with some room for improvement

The staff at check-in were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome right away. My room was larger than typical for this city, which added to the comfort of my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation during my three nights here.

The limited number of charging outlets was a slight inconvenience.

Right near Earl's Court tube, mate! The place was clean as a whistle and had a kitchen, which is proper handy. Just wish the bed was a bit firmer, felt like I was sinkin' in it. But overall, a solid stay for me and me mates.

Good location but needs work

We stayed for 8 nights in a one-bed apartment. Super close to Earls Court tube and loads of shops. The shower broke on day one, and fixing it took ages. But the staff were friendly—even if the front desk was a bit snippy. Breakfast was just okay, though that coffee. yikes!

Great stay for a family with two teenagers. The room was spacious and equipped with a washer/dryer. Cleanliness was top-notch. It was easy to reach pubs and restaurants nearby. Earls Court, just a short walk away, is a convenient station.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the underground, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, ensuring our needs were met promptly. the room itself left much to be desired. it felt dark and dated with several visible stains and a noisy air conditioning unit. While the cleaning was satisfactory, the overall décor did not match the expectations for the price paid.

the kitchen is well-equipped with various appliances for easy meal prep. limited plug points are inconvenient for charging devices.

The room was located two levels underground, taking away any sense of natural light and view, and I found the lack of a lift inconvenient. the bathroom could use an upgrade, notably with a shower that leaked due to poorly aligned fittings, and the tight space made it uncomfortable to navigate. The kitchen facilities were limited, stocking only two each of basic utensils which felt inadequate for a longer stay.

Would recommend for a holiday

Comfortable studio, spacious room, with a flat-screen TV and kitchenette equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, providing a lovely space to unwind after exploring the city and just a short 10-minute walk to the nearby underground station for easy transportation.

Staying with friends was great! Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a nice TV. It was spacious enough for our group. The location next to the underground was super convenient. Daily cleaning was efficient, and staff were friendly. Plenty of places to eat nearby made for an enjoyable experience.

Some maintenance is essential. the curtains showed signs of wear, and windows needed attention. The heating panels can be tricky to manage. The bathroom sink in one room looks dated and spotted.
